DEAR LUCIEN ZAMY(BELLEVUE DIFFUSION FRANCE) WE HOPE YOU COULD FINISH YOUR PROMISES!

Lucien Zamy is France one of citizen, he asked me to buy 76pcs corsets from China for him on September 6th,2011. He requested me to send the goods to him after you pay 563.11USD to us, and said that he would back to pay the balance of 601USD to us after he receive the goods. I trust him, so i sent out for him.

But after he got the goods, he didn't back to pay the balance to me.

I called him, sent email and message to him, and went to his business website to write message to him, but he didn't give me any answer.

I found his is still doing lingerie business, but i don't know why he don't back to pay to us.

There is not any quality of the goods he bought, as i bought many times for him before.

I don't know France, and i don't know how to contact the local France department, so i sent the email to you, i am very sorry to trouble you.

But i hope you could help me.
